EXCHANGE Only:

We hope you loved your Purchase. If not, please send it back to us.
You can return unworn, unused clothing within 10 days of ship date for a Store Credit. Original tags must be still on garments. Once your return is received, we will process an EXCHANGE within 7-10 business days.
All items must be free of stains, deodorant and makeup. Upon receipt of your return item, our Online Return Department will inspect your Merchandise.
Jewelry Sales are FINAL unless the wrong item(s)shipped.
Cancellation of Orders are granted at customer service discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled if order has been confirmed and shipped.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
